The pumpkin smoothie

Hello guys! We know you can’t escape pumpkin in the fall. But what to do with it? Find it out here…..

I asked my friend Veerle if she knew a recipe with pumpkin. She knows I like smoothies, so this week she shares the pumpkin smoothie with you guys. It’s healthy and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gram pumpkin pieces
  • 1 frozen banana in slices
  • 200 ml rice milk
  • One spoon cinnamon

This autumn smoothie is so easy to make! It’s a powerful breakfast.Β If you like a cold smoothie,Β you couldΒ put the banana slices in the freezer for a couple of hours. In the morning you just throw everything in the blender and mix the ingredients into a smoothie. Put the smoothie in a nice jar and throw some extra cinnamon on it. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!
