I asked my friend Veerle if she knew a recipe with pumpkin. She knows I like smoothies, so this week she shares the pumpkin smoothie with you guys. It’s healthy and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 200 gram pumpkin pieces
- 1 frozen banana in slices
- 200 ml rice milk
- One spoon cinnamon
This autumn smoothie is so easy to make! It’s a powerful breakfast. If you like a cold smoothie, you could put the banana slices in the freezer for a couple of hours. In the morning you just throw everything in the blender and mix the ingredients into a smoothie. Put the smoothie in a nice jar and throw some extra cinnamon on it. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!
